Installation

Your initial appointment requires the most time. This is because you will be instructed on how to use the device, watch an informative video, complete all required paperwork, and then the technician will install your device. At this appointment you will have your device set out for a full service period (60 days normally).

Calibration & Monitoring

These appointments normally take 15 minutes or less. These are all scheduled in advance at your prior service visit. During this appointment your device is calibrated, device data is sent to the proper agencies, and then you pay for the next service period.

Removal

This appointment normally takes anywhere between 30 to 60 minutes. Removals are either marked as authorized or unauthorized based upon each individual mandate, and compliancy. If you’re authorized for removal, then after the removal is completed, the ignition interlock device mandate is finished.
