Introducing the Low Cost Interlock - 777 (LCI-777)

  • This may not seem like a big deal initially but when facing the cold winter or any extreme temperatures it will matter. Since all ignition interlock devices can take a certain period of time to warmup before a breath sample can be provided. In the winter months that warmup period is usually longer.

Sitting in your vehicle and waiting before you can start your vehicle is no fun, especially in the cold.

With the LCI-777 though you won't have to wait nearly as long, because you can remove the handset and bring it inside during the cold months.

Unlike many other ignition interlock devices that don't have a removable handset.

  • Many interlock devices require some sort of technique to complete the breath sample. You might have to blow into it until you hear a tone and then suck back in, or maybe even hum into it until you hear tone. Not with the LCI-777!

All you have to do is blow into it until you hear a tone, that's it. Nothing more to it. No humming or inhaling required during the sample.

  • Ignition interlock devices have been around for decades. Which means that some companies have been using the same device for quite a long time. While that's not to say they don't function properly because they're old, it does mean the look and size of the device often reflect its age.

The LCI-777 was manufactured in late 2017. Its size, design and features will reflect such too.

  • The LCI-777 is never re-installed without going through a sanitation process. It's actually sent back to the manufacturer before it can get re-installed. That way it can go through such a process.

This also means you won't have to worry about using equipment that wasn't cleaned or was just recently used by someone else. Since any device that is installed comes directly from the manufacturer packaged and sanitized.
